Forum Rules
Effective from January 1, 2025
This site is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. Sports Forum is a community forum for sharing tips and sports analysis. Post content reflects personal opinions of the authors. Betting can be addictive — please play responsibly.
1. General provisions
The operator of the Sports Discussion forum (the "forum") is Igor Podmajerský. The forum operates in compliance with Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on e-commerce and Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (Civil Code) as amended. By using the forum you agree to these rules.
2. Registration and account
Registration is free and available to persons over 18. Each user may have only one account. Login credentials are non-transferable. The operator reserves the right to cancel an account that violates these rules.
3. Discussion rules
It is prohibited to: spread false information, insult other members, publish content infringing copyright, promote illegal activities or spam. Tips and analyses are the authors' personal opinions — not professional advice. Moderators may remove inappropriate content without notice.
4. Premium membership
Premium membership grants access to extended forum content for 1 month from activation. The price is shown on the payment page. Payment is made by bank transfer to the IBAN shown on the site and membership is activated by the administrator after payment verification. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons; this right expires if, at your express request, we begin providing digital content before the withdrawal period ends. Complaints are handled by e-mail within 30 days. The operator reserves the right to change the terms of premium membership with at least 14 days' prior notice.
5. Personal data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We collect only the necessary data (e-mail, nickname) required to operate the forum. Data is not shared with third parties without the user's consent.
6. Liability
The forum serves solely for sharing opinions and analyses about sport. The operator is not liable for decisions made based on published tips. Betting can be addictive — under Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on Gambling we recommend playing responsibly. The forum is not a bookmaker or a betting intermediary.
7. Changes to the rules
The operator reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Registered members will be informed of changes by e-mail. Continued use of the forum after notification constitutes agreement with the new rules.
8. Reward for the best tipsters
Up to 5 tipsters with the highest Yield for a given evaluation period, having closed at least 5 tips in it, may receive a secret reward. Yield accounts for odds using an equal stake (1 unit) per tip: profit = sum of (odds − 1) for wins minus the number of losses, divided by total tips, in %, rounded to 1 decimal place. The exact calculation (e.g. weighting by tip confidence) is configurable in the admin panel — this wording reflects the currently active configuration. Selection is made based on transparent objective criteria shown in the leaderboard. The reward is merit-based (not lottery-based) and does not constitute gambling. The reward is not legally enforceable; the operator reserves the right to modify or terminate the programme at any time without liability.
